AREA BOUNDED BY u.MA, M!D'DLEFIEtD, SAN FRANCISQUITO
CREEK AND ADDISO 'i (NOT INCLUDING AUlA At-.lD MIDDLEFIELD)
The Council of the ~ity of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
§J;CTIQ!S_!. Ordinanc·:~ No. 1896 establishing setback lines
as shown upon a map .:?nti;:led "Setback Map dated October 12, 1959"
is amended by elimiLnatinl; setbacks in the University Aw .. ,nue
Are.a bounded by Alti:ta, Micdlefi.eld, San Franci:squito Creek and
Addison (not including Al'lla and Middlefield) :Ln accordance with
the map dated August 12, 1963 attached hereto and incorporated
her·ein by reference~
SECTION 2 This ordi1ance shall become eEfective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
