The Council of the Cjty of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION .1. Orcl.inancE No. 1324, the Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by arnendinE Sec tioi'l . 3. 02, · the "Zoning Map", by
changing .the zoning of cex ta.in property known as 2727 MidtO'Wr1
.COurt from R-1 to R-3~
SECTION 2. Sa1.d prOI'erty is shown on a map attached herf!to,
incorporated herein by rejerence, and entitled uChange of Dis~rict
