Section 19 .1.3:::. of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is a::nendE~d as set forth in EXHJ BIT A attached hereto and by reference made a pa.r.t hereof. SECl'ION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon the -'1111'·-· w expiration of thirty days from its passage except that that portion of subsection d of Sect:iort 19.132 of said ordinance establishing Oregon Avenue as ~L Limited Truck Route shall not become effective until reconst1~ction work now in progress on the Oreg;on Avenue Expressway is CO!::lpleted as certified by the County Engineer of Santa Clara Co-unty .. For t!le purpose of this section, unless it is plainly e;;rQent from th•2 context that a different meaning is intended, certain terms us·ed herein are defined as follows: Destination or destinati•:)na. Truck routes designated in permits tiiuea: under mtlie provisions of Divisio·n 6, Chapter 34 of this code (Excavaticm, Grading and Fills) shall be in complilmce with !~cutes established in this section.
