ORDINANCE OF TiiE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF f'ALO ALTO
AlofENDING SECTION 19.132 or· THE PALO ALTO MUNIClPAL
CODE: ESTABLISHING TRUCK RCUTES (TRUCK WEIGHT INCREASE)
The Counc.il of the Cit:y of Falo Alto docs ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION L The definition c f "Truck'' in supsection "a"
of Section 19.132 of the Palo Altc ~1unicipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Trucl<:. Any vehicle €~xceeding a maximum gross
weight of seven. (7) tons."
SECTION :Z. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
E:xpiration o,f thi;:ty days f:·om its passage.
