TO ADOPT S~~ATE LAW FOR THE PROCEDURE FOR MUNICIPAL
ELECTIONS J~iD REPEALING SECTIONS 501 THROUGH 523,
INCLU:~IVE~ OF SAID CODE.

SECTIOJ:~ J.:~·· ChiLp,ter V (Sect:lons 501 through 523, inclusiv~~)
of the Administrat:~\,•e Cod~ of the City of Palo Alto (Ordinance~
No. 1277) is hereb;1 repealed.
SECTION 2. se~:t.ion:; 701, 7:02 and 703 are hereby added to
Chapter VII of the Admini5trar.ive Code of the C:lty of Palo
Alto (Ordinance No. 1277) to re•1ld as follows:
