H.how cause why said proposed :Street vacatioll should not be carried
()Ut in accordance with this Ordinance of lntc:1n.tion. Notice is further
given that these proceedings are being taken subject to the resen·ations
and exceptions set forth in par;~graph 3 he:reof.
7. The Superintende.nt oi Streets or th'e Cle::-k of .said City shall
c.a.use Notice of the Proposed S::reet Vacation to be conspicuou~ly posted
along the line of the resp~ctive streets or pa:rts thereof proposed to be
v;:lcated, at least ten days befol"e the date set tor the he<~!'ing on the
o:~dini.lnce. Such noticesshall b~ posted not rr1ore than three hundred feet
apart, but at lea.st three shall b~ posted. Such notice& shall state the
passage of this Ordinance of In:ention and th~1: time and place of th.e
hj~aring.
8. This ordinance, being an ordinant:e •1:>! intention, shall take
