PROCEDURE CODE, RE.;..ATING T.) ANNEXATION PROCEDURES

~rhe Council of th,e C:U:;y of Palo Alto does ordain as follo.ws:
Section 1. Secti,:;,n 4 of ti'l.e: Palo Al t:o Improvement Procedure
Code, being Ordinance N,:;,. 1928~ :a.dopteG. April 11, 1960, is amcilded
to read:
"4. Appli,::ability. ?:'his Cc·de': shall r.ot apply to
any vroceed1ngs in whicih t!'l.e res;,lution c.~f ·intention was adopted
prior to the effective date here:;,!',· exceptj.ng a~; herein expressly
provided, and excepting proceedings for a:~ ~~~upplE~mental assessrc.f'nt,
a reassessment, a refunding: and the. ~urat:ive provisions hE:reof."
Section 2. Sect 1e>n 2'77 of ~;aid Code is a:'l'!ended to read:
11 277. Al tE!ration o.f District .~£!.aries. The
tound.ar1es of such district or cf a:ny di~;trict formed pursuant"
to any· article of this Code· or I= llr'suant to Ordinance No. 844-or
pursuant to general law may be enlarged at any 1;1rrie eithe!" before
or after the issuance of bonds. The territory to be annexed sha.ll
