ORDINANCE OF. THE COtJNC.IL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO . .
AMENDING SECTION 32 •. l3(c) OF CQDLVIED ORDINANCE NO. 5
REGULATING PUBLIC l\"UISM4CES AT TRAFFIC INTERSECTIONS
the Council of .the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. That subsection fo:) of Section 32.13 of Codi:Eied
Ordinance N'.L 5 is hereby amended to read as follows:
u(c) 'Ari.y street tree limb, shrub, or plant reaching
a height l'!'l<.:>re t:han three (3) feet above the curb
grade adjacent thereto~. except tree trunks having
no li:mbs lower th.:u·t nine (9} fee above curb grade,
within the thirty.:..five (35) foot trian.gle of public
or private property, measured from the projected
curb lines, at the intersections of any street
improved for veh:i .. cular traffic where traffic signals,

SECTION_l. · This ordinance shall become effective upon the
expiratjLon of thirty days fro:n its passage.
