c·pinion the constructiOn and maf.ntenace thereof would
mot interfere with any City facilities located in .such
easement· attd would not be detrimental to the best
interests of the City. Such permit wou14 be subje-ct
to. revocation at 411Y time by the City Engineer .and
.. would be .subject to such terms and c:onditions as the .
·City Eng;inee:r ~y consider reasonable for the protectio1t1
of the bes·t interests of the City including but not
limited to provisions that the pe:rmittee shall hold the
City, H:s officers, agents and employees free and hatmw-
