FENCES ALONG. CERTAIN REAR PROPERTY LINES, WHICH ABUT
PUBLIC S'l'REETS
. TheCounciLof the Ci~y of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as £ollows:
SECTION 1.' Sectibn 1506 of the Building Code (Ordinance 1675)
ls hereby amended·by the addition of Subsection 7 thereto to read
as· follows:

(l.e. where the rear yard: abuts upon a publjc street
which is .approximately parallel to the public street
upon whicb'the front yard abuts), and.the right of
