SEC. 16.53 PERMIT
a... ApPlication
Any person de:siring the permit required by Section 16.52
shall file a separate applicati.on for each trampoline center with
. the Building Inspector. 'nle application shall be in writing, may
be in the form of a letter or as otherwise specified by the Build
ing Inspector, and shall contain the following in.forma.tion.
