in .·the supervision and con.trol of pers.ons in the use of trampolines

trampoline whose function is to assist and protect the safety of

and no person who operates a trampoline center_shall enlarge
such center or increa_se the num~er o£ trampolines in such -center,
unless and' until he shall provide for and thereafter maintai.n on
or adja.cent'to the premises off-street parking facilities for
patrons <:>£ the trampoline center as follows:
Two parking::spaces for every three trmapolines
up to and ii1cluding the first 12 trampolines,
and one parking space ·for every 2 trampolines
thereafter.··· Such parking facilities shall b1e
constructed and main.tained, and if n~:cessary
dedicated, in the manner set forth in Article
21 of the Zoning Ordinance. There shall be
.·· eXcepted from the requirements of this section

SEC. 16.6.6 . · ~SS TO OFFICERS
Any Ciey Building Inspector or Health Official, and any
. City~ ·State or Federal peace or fire prevention officer charged
· with the duty of enforcing the police la'N'S of their respective
Jurisdiction.<;, shall have free access at all times to any
trampoline center. .
SEC. 16.67 ~PENSION OR REVOCATION OF ~RMIT
a. In addition to all other remedies or procedures
available to the City for violation of ordinances~ whether
civil or criminal, "the Building Inspector is hereby authorized
to suspend. for any period up to 30 days the permit to operate
a trampoline center for the first vi~lation of any provision
contained in th...t..s Artie le. Upon any second or fut·ther viola
tions the Building Inspector may again suspend, or he may
revoke such per.nit, as he deems necessary in t!'l.e i.nterest of
the public health, safety or morals. No new permi.t shall be
issued to any pe~ttee whose permit has been revoked under
this section for .. ,a period of at least one year.
