MOTION: Vice Chair Kraus moved, seconded by Commissioner Karnam, to approve
the minutes of November 13, 2025.
MOTION PASSED: 6-0-1 (Hsieh absent)

Commissioner Hsieh nominated Commissioner Kraus for the Chair position for a term
ending in January 2026.
MOTION: Commissioner Barr moved, seconded by Commissioner Karnam, to close
the nominations for Chair.

Chair Kraus nominated Commissioner Karnam for the position of Vice Chair for a
term ending in January 2026.
MOTION: Commissioner Stimmler moved, seconded by Chair Kraus, to close
nomination for Vice Chair.
