TITLE
Approval of Utilities Advisory Commission Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Budget Subcommittee to Serve
a Term from December 3, 2025 through June 3, 2026
RECOMMENDATION
Recommended Motion:
Commissioner ___, Commissioner ___, and Commissioner ___ volunteered to be on the Budget
Subcommittee from December 3, 2025 through June 3, 2026 with the defined scope _______.
BACKGROUND
This newly appointed FY 2027 budget subcommittee meets with Utilities staff outside of the
regular monthly UAC meetings to support review and discussion of budget-related matters.
In accordance with Brown Act requirements, the UAC FY 2027 Budget Subcommittee will:
1. Operate as a temporary body;
2. Be composed of fewer than a quorum of the UAC;
3. Serve a single, limited purpose; and
4. Be dissolved upon completion of the defined scope selected at the December 3, 2025
meeting.
