BACKGROUND This newly appointed FY 2027 budget subcommittee meets with Utilities staff outside of the regular monthly UAC meetings to support review and discussion of budget-related matters. In accordance with Brown Act requirements, the UAC FY 2027 Budget Subcommittee will: 1. Operate as a temporary body; 2. Be composed of fewer than a quorum of the UAC; 3. Serve a single, limited purpose; and 4. Be dissolved upon completion of the defined scope selected at the December 3, 2025 meeting.
