BACKGROUND As stated in the staff report, on December 16, 2024, the City Council authorized the CAO Committee Chair to negotiate the contract extension with Baker Tilly. Since this work extended into 2025, Council Member Greer Stone as the 2025 CAO Committee Chair completed the review of the recommended contract between the City and Baker Tilly and approved it to be finalized and scheduled for Council approval.
