Staff recommends that Council: 1. Provide direction on long-term vision, goals, and design themes for the University Avenue streetscape project, including feedback on the project’s impact on street parking inventory, and the balance between project costs and scope; and 2. Provide feedback on the stakeholder engagement strategy for the University Avenue streetscape project. APPROVED BY: Brad Eggleston, Director Public Works/City Engineer
