TITLE
Receive an Update and Provide Direction on University Avenue Streetscape Improvements
Project Vision, Design, and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
RECOMMENDATION
An update to the staff report title and recommendation has been made to replace the word
“affirm” with “provide direction” to accurately represent staff’s intent.
Staff recommends that Council:
1. Provide direction on long-term vision, goals, and design themes for the University
Avenue streetscape project, including feedback on the project’s impact on street
parking inventory, and the balance between project costs and scope; and
2. Provide feedback on the stakeholder engagement strategy for the University Avenue
streetscape project.
