TITLE
Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Budget Study Session
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the FY 2024 Proposed Operating and Capital
Budgets and refer discussion to the Finance Committee
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This item will present the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Proposed Budget and provide for discussion by
the City Council regarding the FY 2024 Budget and priorities. Proposed Budget documents are
expected to be released by the end of April 2023. Once released, these documents will be
linked to this agenda.
Detailed discussions are scheduled to occur with the Finance Committee on May 5th and 9th,
with a City Council check-in on May 22nd, and a final wrap-up discussion with the Finance
Committee scheduled May 30th. The Budget will return to the City Council in June for final
adoption.
