Campus Gross Floor Area; (4) Architectural Review of Campus
Redevelopment. Additionally, (5) Adoption of a Zoning Text Amendment
Exempting Some Below-Grade Parking Facilities from Gross Floor Area. Zone
District: R-1(10,000). Environmental Review: Final Environmental Impact
Report (EIR) Published July 30, 2020; Draft EIR Published July 15, 2019 (Item

A public hearing was held on May 23, 2022 during a Special Council Meeting where the
Council received presentations from staff and the applicant and accepted all public
comments on the item. The Council closed the public hearing and continued discussion
on the item to June 6, 2022 at 5:00 pm. The full staff report and attachments from the
