Review Process The standard procedure for the review of an appealed Architectural Review application is for placement on the Council consent calendar within 30 days of the filing of an appeal. The appeal was filed on November 4, 2013, and therefore must be placed on the Council consent agenda by December 2, 2013. Due to the Thanksgiving holidays, staff does not have sufficient time to prepare a thoughtful response to the appellant’s concerns in a Council report and to complete the review process in a timely manner for the council packet deadline. Therefore, a continuance is requested.
