DISCUSSION Palo Alto Municipal Code (PAMC) Section 2.30.040 authorizes the City Manager to enter into agreements for use of property or purchase of property where the term of any agreement for use of property is one year or less, or the City’s expenditures do not exceed $65,000. The PA_MF also authorizes the City Manager to enter into lease or rental agreements with third parties at the Cubberley site for terms not in excess of five years. The PAMC requires a written report of all such agreements be made annually by the City Manager to the City Council. The attached report transmits the information required by the PAMC.
