Background Per Council Motion the membership of the Council’s committee on Infrastructure is presently limited to three Council Members. Given the importance of this subject we believe this should be increased to four Council Members. We hope you will agree. We also wish to clarify that the Infrastructure Committee will be a Brown Act committee.
