Executive Summary
To facilitate dialogue, attached is a copy of the Cubberley Community Center Lease &
Covenant Not To Develop (Attachment A) and the Palo Alto Unified School District
(PAUSD)/City of Palo Alto Athletic Fields & Courts Agreement (Attachment B).
Per the consensus of the Cubberley Policy Advisory Committee (CPAC) at their
November 15, 2012 meeting, a discussion of the Ventura lease has been postponed
until 2013 when new CPAC membership has been established.
