SUBJECT: APPROVED MILESTONES FOR COUNCIL "TOP 5" PRIORITIES
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
DISCUSSION
This report reflects the changes Council made on April 15, 2002, to staff’s proposed
milestones for the Top 5 Priorities. At the request of Council, the future development of
Council’s top priorities will parallel the budget process. This alignment will begin with
the FY 2003-05 budget.
In addition, staff will provide Council with quarterly updates on the Youth Master Plan
beginning in July 2002.
