Staff recommended a continuation of the item to provide additional time to coordinate preparation of the staff report. The City Council took action on September 10, 2012, to continue the item to the September 24, 2012 Council meeting. Discussion Staff is recommending another continuance of this item to October 1, 2012 due to the volume of items scheduled to be considered at the September 24, 2012 City Council meeting and the time sensitivity of the items.
