SUBJECT:APPROVED MILESTONES FOR FY 2003-05 COUNCIL "TOP 5"
PRIORITIES
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
DISCUSSION
This report reflects the changes Council made on May 12, 2003, to¯ staff’s proposed
milestones for the Top 5 Priorities. Per Council direction, staff has reviewed the
milestones and added more measurable goals where practical.
These newly identified Council Top 5 Priorities will be in effect from July 1, 2003, until
June 30, 2005. Council will have the opportunity to review and adjust the priorities and
related milestones during the middle of the two-year budget cycle. Staff will present
quarterly progress reports on the Top 5 Priorities beginning in October 2003.
