Upper Floors, 50,467 S.F. Ground Floor Research And Development Area,

Two Concessions Under State Housing Density Bonus Law (GC65915), and
Approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, On A 2.5 Acre Parcel At 195 Page

At the May 7, 2012 meeting, City Council continued the Lytton Gateway project from that date
to May 14, 2012. Council recognized that the 195 Page Mill Road project would then need to be
moved to a later date as well. Staff requests that this item be continued to a date certain of
June 4, 2012.
