SUBJECT: TOP 5 QUARTERLY REPORT
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
DISCUSSION
Attached is the first quarter report (July 2004 to September 2004) on the status of the
Council’s Top 5 Priorities. The report identifies the milestones for each priority and lists
the progress of each milestone.
In addition, staff has included a quarterly update on the status of citywide infrastructure
projects. The attached CityWorks Project Snapshot Chart allows the reader to easily scan
all Infrastructure Management Projects that began, were completed or are continuing in
the specified reporting period. The projects are broken out by IMP module, and include
Buildings and Facilities, Streets and Sidewalks, and Parks and Open Space.
