SUBJECT:POSTPONEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE CENTER
PROPOSAL TO COUNCIL
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
DISCUSSION
The Environmental Service Center (ESC) proposal was scheduled for Council approval
on October 25, 2004. However, in order to allow completion of the Auditor’s report and
for consultant selection of the Environmental Impact Report, the item has been postponed
to November 15, 2004.
Other related reports scheduled for November 15th include an outline of the Zero Waste
Program and the Planning Department’s report of the Baylands Master Plan.
Staff has already contacted a number, of the interested parties toinform them of the date
change..
