The City Attorney’s Office is preparing language as directed by the Policy & Services Committee
for the options of repeal and substantial modification of Charter Article V, binding interest
arbitration for public safety. Drafts of this language will be provided to the Council and the
public as soon as possible, with release currently anticipated for Monday, July 11, 2011
