Once on-site work is completed by the Functional Consultant, remote service will be provided.
Any recommended changes to be made to the SAP system will follow this procedure:
1. A short description of how to do the change must be developed.
2. The described change could be forwarded to ea Consulting to ensure that the
change does not have the effect of voiding any warranty associated with SAP
components for which ea is responsible (e.g., the change does not break related
components).
3. The change will be physically implemented by City Staff or by Contractor
following our QA procedures for unit, system, and acceptance testing before
actual implementation to the production environment.
All work is warranted for 60 days after completion and sign-off.
Final documentation of all hours, tasks and job requests processed and a report of activities shall
be provided on a weekly basis to the project manager.
III. Task Orders
Lalo Perez shall be the City's Project Manager for this contract. Tasks or projects
will be conducted as needed, with advance approval of the City Project Manager.
Prior to the initiation of work for each task or project Contractor and City's Project
Manager shall prepare and agree on a brief work plan. The work plan will define the
task or project to be performed, the estimated level of effort required to complete the
task or project, the specific functional consultant assigned to perform the work, the
hourly rate of the functional consultant, the estimated cost to complete the work based
on the hourly rate and expenses as defined in Exhibit B, and the schedule for
performance of the work ..
In the event the functional consultant provided by Contractor is not satisfactory to
City'S Project Manager for any reason, Contractor shall upon the request of the City's
Project Manager remove the functional consultant from the project and provide
another functional consultant for the project as soon as possible.
