AND 2.30.210(h), FISCAL YEAR 2005-06 This is an informational report and no Council action is required. DISCUSSION Palo Alto Municipal Code (PAMC) Section 2.30.210 authorizes the City Manager to enter into agreements for use of property where the term of the agreement is three years or less and the rental payments do not exceed $85,000. The PAMC also authorizes the City Manager to enter into lease or rental agreements with third parties at the Cubberley Community Center for terms not in excess of five years. The PAMC requires a written report of all Such agreements be made annually by the City Manager t~the City Council.
