SUBJECT: TOP 5 SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
DISCUSSION
Attached is the semi-annual report (June 2005 to December 2005) on the stares of the Council’s
Top 5 Priorities. The report identifies the milestones for each priority and lists the progress of
each milestone.
In addition, staff has included an update on the status of citywide infrastructure projects. The
attached CityWorks Project Snapshot Chart allows the reader to easily scan al! Infrastructure
Management Plan (IMP) projects that began, were completed or are continuing in the specified
reporting period. The projects are broken out by IMP module, and include Buildings and
Facilities, Streets and Sidewalks, and Parks and Open Space.
