SUBJECT:Property Leases Entered into by City Manager under Palo Alto Municipal
Code Section 2.30.210(h), Fiscal Year 2008
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
DISCUSSION
Palo Alto Municipal Code (PAMC) Section 2.30.210 authorizes the City Manager to enter into
agreements to rent City property to others where the term of the agreement is three years or less.
The PAMC also authorizes the City Manager to enter into lease or rental agreements with third
parties at the Cubberley Community Center for terms not in excess of five years. PAMC Section
2.30.710 requires a written report of all such agreements be made ammally by the City Manager
to the City Council. The attached report transmits the informationrequired by the PAMC.
