City of Palo Alto City Manager’s Report TO: FROM: HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL CITY MANAGER DEPARTMENT:ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DATE:SEPTEMBER 24, 2007 CMR: 355:07 SUBJECT:CONTRACTS APPROVED BY THE CITY MANAGER OR PURCHASING MANAGER FROM JANUARY 2007 THROUGH JUNE ....... 2007 This is an informational report and no Council action is required. DISCUSSION Palo Alto Municipal Code (PAMC) Section 2.30.710 requires the City Manager to provide a biannual report to Council regarding contracts awarded by the City Manager or the Purchasing Manager for: 1) general and professional service contracts from $25,000 to $85,000; and 2) public works and goods contracts from $65,000 to $250,000. The following attachments fulfill this PAMC reporting requirement. Attachment A lists service contracts awarded from January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007 and Attachment B lists goods and construction contracts awarded from January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007.
