I would be willing to conduct a structural analysis of the tower and present a report of its structural integrity and a comparison with the 1994 Uniform Building Code seismic requirements. I have been a resident of the City since 1961, enjoying all that offers, and therefore I would do the work as a gift to the City of Pal0 Alto. Please contact me if there are any questions. Very truly yours, CEP/spd cc:City Manager Fred Eyerly
