REOUEST
This is an informational report and no Council action is required.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Palo Alto Municipal Code (PAMC) Section 2.30.040 authorizes the City Manager to enter
into agreements for use of property or purchase of property where the term of any agreement
for use of property is one year or less or the City’s expenditures do not exceed $25,000;
provided, however, that City property at the Cubberley site may be leased or rented by the
City Manager to third parties for terms not in excess of five years. The PAMC requires a
written report of all such agreements to be made annually by the City Manager to the City
Council. The attached report trammits the information required by the PAMC.
