SUBJECT: Library Bond Oversight Committee Reports
The Library Bond Oversight Committee (LBOC) has met with members of City
staff on the progress of the library bond projects the following months:
January, April, July, and October 2011
January, April, July, and October 2012
February 2013
Attached for your approval is the third quarter 2012 report (dated July 5, 2012),
the fourth quarter 2012 report (dated October 21, 2012), and the first quarter
2013 report (dated January 23, 2013).
The Committee finds that the City’s financial reporting for all library-related
projects is accurate and appropriate. The Committee forwards these reports to
the Finance Committee and City Council, with Committee approval.
Please note the reason for the variations between these reported figures and the
reported figures in the Mitchell Park Library bi-monthly reports is due to variations
in the reporting cycles.
