The resolution passed by the City Planning Commission stating that the Commission would recommend the changes asked when and if bonds are voted and the property purchased for school purposes, and suggesting that the purchase of Blocks 101 to 108 inclusive be considered in lieu of Block 100a, for school and playground purposes.
