of Incurringa Bonded Indebtedness of Said City for the Objects and
Purposes Hereinafter Enumerated,* rated,' :was introduced and read.. On
motion of Molts, seconded by Cooley, the resolution waspassed by
unanimous vote on roll call.

debteaness, a was introduced and given first reading, and on motion
of Snyder and Pertscne was referred to Committee #4.

Mayor Cathcartannounced that he had reappointed Mr.
Charles K. Sumner a memberof the City Planning Commission, his
term of office having expired.
On motion of Jordan and lhoits the appointment was con-
firmed.

The resignation of. a. L. Terwilliger as a member of the
City Council was presented and read.
Jordan moved: that the, resignation be accepted and that
the City Clerk be directed to express to Mr. Terwilliger the regrets
of the Council and the sincere appreciation of the Council of the
excellent service he .has given. the City. The motion was seconded
by Cooley and passed.
