The Council of the, City of Palo Alto met on this date at
7:30 p.m. pursuant to adjournment of January' 17, 1921, with Mayor
Cathcart presiding. Roll " call as fo11ow -
present: Bertache, Blair,.. Cathcart, Cooley, Zasterday, Jordan,
Roller, Snyder, Thoit:s, Thomas. ling.
Absent: !tiller, Peterson, Swain, Terwilliger.
Ordinance #2.15 (Calling 'Di Boon,. z1e„,tion) : Passed.
Ordinance #215,;;.. entitled "fin ordinance; calling a Special
Election in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, for the Purpose of Submitting: t -o the Qualified Voters
of said City a :Proposition to Incur a Boned Indebtedness to Pay
the Cost of the Acquisition by Purchase and Installation .of a.

On motion of Tordan, duly seconded, the date for holding
said election was set for Monday, January 31, 1921

ized to name the election boards for said election.
On motion, of Wing,, seconded by Thoits, said ordinance was
adopted by unanimous vote on roll call.
