The City Clerk submitted a report from the City

Mayor Cathcart announced the appointment of Councilman
I. C. Hobart as the Council member of the City Planning Commission.,

of Pablic Works was requested to prepare plans for the development

11. S. Bciware presented a,- plan, approved by the
