A request from John E. Grey for a lease of City land

Committals #4 recommended that .$4,725.00 be transfered
from the general fund-. -to the Power Plant bond fund of 1919, and
that te.sea.00 be transfered from the general fund to the Power
Plant bond fund of 1921. On motion of Corbet and Bertscbe the
reoommendation, was approved and such transfers were authorized.
