W. C. ::orabin.'addressed the Council, stating his opposi-
tion to the extension of .the Commercial District along University
Avenue.

Lansdale and Dr. C. W. Decker'; spoke against such exten5A.on.
1:..:'-S. G. Ostrander and Mrs. Lary Allen protested against
