The Mayor announced than the special order of the day
set for this .:.lour was the opening of . bids for work described in
:resolution of Intention No. 1. 1922.
The City Clerk announced that one bid. had ocen received.
Said bid was opened, the bidder being R. Balsbaugh, e.�amined, and
publicly declared as follows: -
Grading per square foot . .Four Cents
Concrete pavement, per square foot . . w"nirty-eight . Cents
Said bid was accompanied by a .certified check for $/30.00.
