At the hour of 8 o'clockp.:m» .,, the time set ' for hearing
protests againstthe Paving 'of the unpaved portion of High street
in Block A, proposed. under Resolution of Intent ,on No. 1, 1922,
said resolution having been Passed on January 9, 1922, no quorum
being present, Molts moved... that ' an adjournment be taken. to
?eb zar7 14, 1922, at 7:30 p m. , and. that the hour of said hearing
be fixed for 8 p.m. on. February 14, 1922. The motion was .s,eeond-
ed by Thomas and' passed.

7:3O p.m., pursuant to adjournment of February 13, :922, and
in conformity with the law providing that when the date of a
stated meeting falls on a holiday, said meeting shall be held
on the following day. Mayor Cathcart presided androll call was

it being understood that bills for said services shall not
