On motion of Wing and; Williams the provisions i relating to the Planning Commission re --ere amended to provide for the depa'eite of all funds as directed by the freeholders' charter'. On motion of Hobart and ; asterday theprovisions re- lating to the :,Community Center Committee were amended to provide for the d:epoeit of funds ,as directed by the freeholders' charter. On motion of Hobart and rertscbe 'eection 78 of Part III was amended by inserting the word "place" after the word "post", and the words "motor vehicle" after the word "pole". On motion of Thoits and Fobart Sections 30 and 31of Article VI of Part V were amended to conform to the provisions of ordinance *267.
