Attorney was directed to prepare proceedings ordering the paving
of Addison Avenue and Kipling and Barron Streets, where not al-
ready improved,on motion of Jordan and Mendenhall.

the date for the hearing of said protest was fixed for August 22,
1923, at an adjourned meeting to be held in the Council Chamber

The City Attorney woos directed to prepare an ordinance adopting

establishing grades in Crescent `Park be adopted. on motion of
