Approving Map.
A report via"e received from the City Planning Co i:ziission
approving the map of the Southgate Subdivision (Block J),, said
zap having been referred to the Commission by the Council on
Bebruary 20, 1923. The report wee accepted and ordered filed, on

Resolution Approving Map: :Adopted.
A resolution, entitled "Resolution of the Council o± the.

read, and on motion of. Cooley and Bertsche was passed by unanimous

Jordan moved to amend to the sheet th t the City allow
'37.00 tower( the maintenance of said coev'eelie .ee station, subject
to the provisions of an agreement to be entered between said
Dodara, and the City of ;;Palo ,Alto. The amendment was seconded
and passed. The oricirnal :lotion les:: amended was passed by
leanimous vote on roll call.
