Canvass of Election returns..
The canvass or the returns

February 9,. 1923, to vote on the issuancerore eseweroandn eld water bonds
in the sure of $160,000 was declared a special order or the day.
:he :ayor appointed Bertsche and Easterday tellers who proceeded
to canvass said returns and announced that a total vote of 320 had
been cast at said election ari that 290 votes were cast in favor
or the bonds and 27 votess._cast..agai,nst the bonds. The report was
approved.
