Roll call as follows: Present: Bertsche, Blair, Cathoart, Cottrell, Ddveneck,.Baste relay, Hobart, Jordan, _ - Mendenhall, Wing. Absent: Cooley, Lausten, Thol ts, illIams. Report of Committee 1. A report was received from Committee l recommend- ing that an alleybe opened in the southwest half of Block 30 in accordance .with a map submitted by the Engineer showing the lines ofsaid alley. The committee ftia.rther recommended that alleyss..beopened in the- northeast half of Block 30 and the northeast and southwest halves of Block 20.. The committee asked that further time be granted in the matters of providing for the second well and in submitting the building and plumbing codes. The report was approved and ordered filed. Report from Committee #2. A report was received from Committee #2 recommend - tag as, follows: 3,. That , the principle of semaphore control of street crossings' for school children be approved and that an appropria- tion of $300.00 be made for the purchase of semaphores. 2..
